Qiddiya City Project

The Qiddiya Project is an entertainment, sports, and cultural development located southwest of Riyadh City. The project aims to become a leading global destination in the fields of entertainment, sports, and arts. Qiddiya City spans an area exceeding 360 km² and includes more than 20 diverse and exceptional zones.

Sawaaei Contracting Company executed parts of the Qiddiya Project, including the implementation of automatic secondary irrigation networks for landscaping works and integration with the project’s operating system (BMS), with a total length exceeding 20,000 linear meters.

The company also carried out landscape works, including the supply and planting of more than 700 trees sourced locally and internationally, in addition to supplying and planting over 74,000 shrubs of various sizes and types across an area exceeding 10,000 square meters.

Furthermore, Sawaaei executed hardscape works covering an area of more than 25,000 square meters of interlock paving, along with the installation of over 20,000 linear meters of curbstones, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
