Central Park Project (Al Aqaria Park)
The Al Aqaria Park project is one of the Saudi Real Estate Company’s developments, with a total garden area exceeding 93,000 sqm. The park offers vast green areas, including dedicated paths for sports and cycling, playgrounds with specialized rubber surfaces for children, and other recreational spaces.
Sawaai Contracting Company Contribution
Sawaai Contracting Company executed all works of the Central Park, including establishing the infrastructure and constructing giant collection lakes with total excavation and relocation exceeding 156,000 cubic meters, in addition to stone paving works around the lakes.
The company also implemented three suspension bridges (180 meters long, height exceeding 7 meters) using the Post-tension system, and completed all electrical and mechanical works, irrigation networks, landscaping, pedestrian paths, and children’s playgrounds.
Additionally, a water retention and distribution dam was constructed within the lake, and three wells (370 meters deep) were drilled and connected to water collection tanks, linking with the main water network.
