Sawai Contracting Company implemented the project by rehabilitating over 11 kilometers of valleys while preserving their natural beauty, adding stone terraces with a distinctive style, constructing safe bridges and walkways, automated irrigation networks, and multiple mechanized nurseries covering a total area exceeding 40,000 sqm, planting 100,000 trees according to the highest technical and agricultural engineering standards to enhance the visitors’ experience.

The company also constructed hospitality buildings aligned with Najdi architectural style, adhering to the highest quality standards.
