STC Square is the smart city launched by the
Saudi Telecom Company,
encompassing all infrastructure works related to the project, including
roads,
landscaping,
and other associated works.
Sawaai Contracting Company Contribution
Sawaai Contracting Company executed all main and secondary irrigation lines at STC Square covering an area exceeding 120,000 sqm. The company also carried out landscaping (Landscape) works, selecting and planting trees and shrubs suitable for the site and varying conditions.
